Abstract:

There are numerous complexities in supply chain nowadays, and these complexities are evolving due to globalization, customization, innovation, flexibility, sustainability and uncertainties. The increase in supply chain complexity yields negative effects on cost, customer service and reputation. Hence, the present research target was to prioritize supply chain complexity drivers in home appliance companies. After reviewing the related literature, supply chain complexity drivers involved in the PROCESS of prioritization have been identified. Then, using Fuzzy HIERARCHICAL Analytic PROCESS, these indicators were weighted up based on pairwise comparisons (obtained from a number of experts in the home appliance companies). The results showed that among the 46 Complexity Drivers examined in this study, “the mechanisms to return raw materials to suppliers" was of highest importance.

AbstractPurpose: The velocity of change in the surrounding world has forced them to identify those factors which impact their change capacity. The present study was conducted to identify and prioritize influential factors on organizational change capacity.Methodology: In terms of purpose, this was explorative and applied research. Its population included ten familiar experts with research subjects in a research and training center. By reviewing the literature on change capacity, relevant, influential factors were identified, and they were concurred by the fuzzy Delphi technique, and then they were ranked. After recognizing influential factors, a pair comparisons questionnaire was distributed among ten experts, and after gathering the questionnaires, effecting factors were ranked using the Expert Choice11 Software package and AHP technique.Findings: Results show that organizational culture, structure, and style of leadership were the main factors that impacted change capacity. Conclusion: The influential factors can be divided into three categories: environmental, content, and structural elements. Environmental factors include environment and innovation; content factors include team working, intellectual capital, leadership, political behavior, and human resource management; Structural elements include strategy, structure, organizational policies, information technology, knowledge management, and technology. Value: This is the first time in the literature that the influential variables affecting the change capacity were recognized and categorized in a conceptual classification that has not been seen in the previous research.

Abstract:

The environmental problems, in different dimensions, are resulted from the lack of environmental considerations and criteria in locating new cities. The main purpose of this article is to compare different criteria based on library studies and expert opinions and determining suitable criteria in order to evaluate the environmental potential to establish new cities to achieve urban permanent development having the least maleffects at present and in the long term. In this study, multi-criteria assessment approach and ANALYTICAL HIERARCHICAL PROCESS(AHP) were used in ecological potential assessment of Khuzestan Zard basin for urban development in geological information system (GIS).AHP model and its way of use which are introduced in this article, is one of the most known techniques of multi-purpose decision making for situations which have multiple and opposite scales and the applicability of this method has been proved in environmental planning like Land Capability Assessment. In the AHP method, 13 criteria were used where the proposed criteria were compared in pair, with their weigh being then determined. Final results show that northern part of Zard basin and in the terms of political partitions Ghale Tol village of central part of Baghmalek town is of the most rank in urban development. Results obtained from this study can be used as a pattern to be utilized for urban planner and designers in order to well suite urban location with respect to observing the environmental considerations.

Abstract:

ANALYTICAL Hierarchy PROCESS (AHP) is one of the most extensively used and multi-criteria tools for decision making. Monitoring the management of Khoshkehdaran national and natur area using the AHP method would suppose to be practical by the Expert Choice software in this study. First, the level of hierarchies including goals, criteria, sub-criteria and alternatives were determined. Then, a double-compareison among the complexes was done for scoring. While scoring the complexes, an analysis of the Inconsistency Index was made for decision making to be less than o.1.At the end, all of the mentioned criteria and sub-criteria were mutually compared and were displayed diagrammatically. Khoshkehdaran national and nature area in Tonekabon city was selected in this study as the area under investigation. It has been a protected area since 1355. The goal of the current study was the determination of the most appropriate application for the area by employing the Expert choice software. The criteria consisted of "Geomorphology", "Environment "and "Climate" as well as the corresponding sub-criteria specific for each single criterion. Finally, from among the three alternatives suggested "area protection" was shown to be the best choice with the highest allocated score. "Ecotourism" was ranked the second and finally "optimization" was ranked the third.

Abstract:

Recently, cloud computing has become very popular. Due to this popularity, the number of cloud services’ features is increasing continuously. To find a reliable provider in the cloud environment and select the best resources in the heterogeneous infrastructures, trust plays an important role. Customers distrust in cloud service providers is considered as a barrier to cloud service acceptance. This research develops a model for identifying invalid cloud service providers, in which validation is examined using cloud providers’ trust evaluation features. In this approach, in order to detect cloud providers, the neural network method with a robust HIERARCHICAL weight estimation is proposed; ANALYTICAL HIERARCHICAL PROCESS is being used for its capability in finding and detecting optimal values. The simulation results indicate an error rate of 0. 055%, showing this method to be more accurate compared to the state-of-the-art methods.

Abstract:

Enterprise Data Warehouse initiative is a high investment project. The adoption of Data Warehouse will be significantly different depending upon the level of readiness of an organization. Before implementation of Data Warehouse system in a firm, it is necessary to evaluate the level of the readiness of firm. A successful Data Warehouse assessment model requires a deep understanding of opportunities, challenges and influential factors that a typical firm’s Data Warehouse (DW) may include. Actually, data warehouse system is one of Knowledge Management and Decision Support System tools. By this system, the distributed data throughout organizations could be collected, extracted and integrated and with knowledge discovery and data mining the latent data can be extracted and analyzed In this paper, after reviewing the relevant literature and a comparative analysis of assessment models for organizational readiness for implementation of Data warehouse system, a conceptual framework was designed and its validity was approved by test of hypothesis. Then, by using ANALYTICAL HIERARCHICAL PROCESS technique and its expert choice software, criteria and sub-criteria of influential factors were assessed and weighted. The validity and effectiveness of the model including, six criteria and 23 sub-criteria with main influential  factors named Information needs, Data structure , Organizational PROCESSes , Organizational factors ,Technical structure and Project management were approved by a field study and the relevant statistical analysis.

Abstract:

In the recent years Governmental Extension System (GES) has been criticized for many reasons such as: High rocketing costs, limitation of Extension resources for developing operational activities, un sufficient technical know - how and well trained personnel and un-sufficient contacts with the farmers because of limitations in the number of extension agents. The above mentioned factors have caused approaching to Private Extension System (PES) in many parts of the world. There is a need to develop new methods and approaches in order to use the potentials of the Private Extension System in areas which are not profitable. The aim of this research was to compare the potentials of the GES and PES regarding water, soil and land green coverage for the purpose of preventing desertification and to introduce a preferable theoretical system. In this surveying research a questionnaire along with AHP technique has been used. The population of the study has been the Markazi province's natural resources experts. The reliability and validity of the questions were acceptable. The results of this study based on AHP technique an the opinions of the natural resources' experts show that Governmental Extension System for preventing desertification has been preferred. Also in many cases Private Extension system.have positive role in combating with desertification.
